Fable & Sow Theatre Farm is a unique theatre lab, educational hub, and permaculture farm located on lands historically stewarded by Munsee Lenape, Mohican, and Schaghticoke tribes, currently known as New Windsor, New York.

THE MISSION

Our farm serves as a model for regenerative agriculture and sustainable agroforestry farming, where ethical land stewardship is the primary focus. We grow, harvest, and sell medicinal herbs, edible cut flowers, and nutritious food for our community.

We also offer off-site educational programs in arts and agriculture, as well as an artist residency program for BIPOC and Queer theatre makers.

We stand firm in our commitment to ethical land stewardship and providing a welcoming and supportive space for all members of our community.
